Cervantes is the official journal of the Cervantes Society of America. It publishes scholarly articles, twice yearly, in English and Spanish on Cervantes’s life and works, as well as reviews and notes of interest to Cervantes scholars.
The first translation of Quijote into any language was this English version by Thomas Shelton. Shelton's translation was first published in 1612; our edition at Williams is from 1620. See a scan of the Huntington Library's microfilmed copy at Early English Books Online.

The illustrations... have been reproduced in Paris by Georges Duval with the colors applied by Fernand Mourlot." Quite a few different editions illustrated by Dali were published in the 1940s through 60s, and many of his iconic images are searchable through google or visible in auction records. There's also a decent online exhibit by the Dali Museum.
