Like other reference sources, atlases can range from the general road atlas to ones that focus on particular geographic regions, topics, or historical time periods or events. Statistics

When it comes to statistics, the U.S. Census Bureau provides a wealth of data from the decennial census to compilations of various statistics in the Statistical Abstract.
