Welcome to Makerspace Reflective Blogging

Why Blog our Work?

Scholarship is a conversation - an ongoing, twisting, turning, expanding conversation between scholars, researchers, students, and professionals. Your work in the Makerspace is part of that larger conversation and blogging is a way to connect your work to the wider world - at Williams and beyond.

Our goals are to:

  • reflect on your work
  • contextualize it in the larger work of the class, department, program, or discipline
  • connect it to related creative or scholarly work

Publishing these blogs allows us to share news of completed projects with the Williams community and other Makerspace programs, and to highlight the work of both student workers and project owners.
